Hola a todos :-)
One week left until Christmas and I am looking forward to go home, see my family and celebrate with them.
Well, I still have to do some things for University so I have to wait until I can pack my things :-)
I wish all of you Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Joyeux Noël, Fröhliche Weihnachten, Vroolijke Kerstdagen and a happy new year!

Report of the trip
Heyhey,
I am back from my weekend trip and I had a great time! I enjoyed the time in Santander and Bilbao, travelling with a good friend of me.
Arriving on Friday, after a journey of more than 5 hours, we started our discovery tour through the city on the Cantabrian Sea. It rained a bit but that was not a reason to stop so we walked on the beach and took a cup of coffee in a placid little cafe.
The next day we made a trip on a boat, it was funny and excited but I have to admit, I was a bit afraid because the sea was rough and the waves enormous..At least, it was fun :-)
We took a walk on the Isle of Magdalena and enjoyed the view over the sea.
On Sunday, our trip led us to Bilbao, where we visited the Museum of Guggenheim. It was interesting but I have to admit, that I had expected a bit more. Well, I am not a big fan but it was great to see.
Now, time is running and there are only some days in Spain.
We'll go for it! :-)

News from Zaragoza
Hello all!
Greetings and sunshine from Zaragoza, it does not matter that today is 4th of december 2008 and the sun is still shining :-) Actually I don´t feel very close to Christmas but it could also be because we have to work a lot for the University.
Time is running so quick, it is unbelievable :-) In less than 3 weeks I will go home to Germany for Christmas and then I have only 6 weeks left here.
The next weekend I will travel to Santander and Bilbao, to visit some things and to get to know the country a bit better :-)
Hasta luego y saludos de Zaragoza

Welcome in Zaragoza!
Well I am already here for several months so I will tell a bit about what I have done..
I came to Zaragoza in the end of August, after a long travel using airplane, buses, cabs and feeds :-) But finally I arrived and survived ;-)
The second day I found a flat, it is a really "L´auberge espagnol" for those who have seen the movie. 11 people, 5 nationalities and a lot of action :-)
I enjoy it to live there and to speak several languages, of course Spanish and German but also English and French.
University here is different in contrast to the Netherlands but I like it and take it as a challenge.
I like the city and the people here, I met and still meet interesting, impressing people and I am sure, I will gain a lot of experience here!

Maike in Spain
Hey all,
I decided to write this in English so that most of you can understand it :-)
Currently I am an Erasmus student in Zaragoza, Spain, and here I will write what I am doing, what´s going on and how I am :-)
Have fun reading it!
